Restructuring & Site Closure

TUPE

A Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, more commonly known as TUPE governs the transfer of a business in whole or part from one business to another.  

The Regulations are intended to protect employees; failure to consult and follow the process could be costly in both monetary terms and potential claims for unfair dismissal - so it's vitally important to get good advice and ensure you follow it.
