Employment legislation can be a minefied  and trying to get to grips with evolving changes to employment law, as case law changes the way we do things can be daunting.​

When was the last time you had an opportunity to review your existing working practices and procedures?

More importantly, do you know if your policies, procedures and processes are up-to-date and legally compliant?

As part of our initial "getting to know you" discussions we can assess what's already in place and advise of any updates or recommendations to ensure you are legally compliant.

An annual review should keep you abreast of any changes over the past year and where there are forthcoming changes in the coming year, we will brief you as and when these come into force.

We also offer support to explain changes to your staff and workforce if needed.  It is often the case that by bringing in an external specialist we can engage with your employees to get on board with you and hopefully minimise any resistance to your proposed changes.
